Abstract

Along with the growing awareness of the importance of a healthy environment, many companies are competing to create environmentally friendly products while still implementing strategies to improve company performance in the sales sector. One of the strategies is Supply Chain Management. In supply chain management, choosing the right supplier is key in the procurement process to benefit the company and increase customer satisfaction. One of the industrial companies that implement this strategy is Planet Ban which is engaged in selling motorcycle tires in various types and variants. In selecting suppliers, price criteria, compliance with specifications, on time delivery, and number of deliveries are criteria that must be considered. Therefore it is necessary to have analysis and corrective action using the TOPSIS method. The method used in this research begins with making observations, distributing questionnaires and then continuing with the TOPSIS method, the results of the processing are in the form of ranking based on predetermined criteria. Based on the results of TOPSIS calculations in the decision to choose a Eco-green Tire suppliers, Alternative 2 (A2) PT. MASA is the best. Key Words : Eco-green Tire, Supplier, TOPSIS Seiring dengan berkembangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya sebuah lingkungan yang sehat, banyak perusahaan yang berlomba, untuk menciptakan produk yang ramah terhadap lingkungan namun tetap menerapkan strategi guna memperbaiki kinerja perusahaan dibidang penjualan. Salah satu strateginya adalah Supply Chain Management. Pada manajemen supply chain, memilih pemasok yang tepat merupakan kunci dalam proses pengadaan barang untuk menguntungkan bagi perusahaan dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Salah satu perusahaan industri yang menerapkan strategi tersebut yaitu Planet Ban, yang bergerak dibidang penjualan ban sepeda motor dalam berbagai tipe dan varian. Dalam Pemilihan pemasok, kriteria harga, kesesuaian spesifikasi, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, dan kuantitas pengiriman merupakan kriteria yang harus diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisa dan tindakan perbaikan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan penyerbaran kuisoner kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode TOPSIS, hasil dari pengolahan tersebut adalah berupa penentuan peringkat berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan TOPSIS dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan pemasok ban ramah lingkungan, maka Alternatif 2 (A2) PT. MASA adalah yang terbaik.
