Abstract
Continuous distribution of power is very much needed for the community, but in reality the electrical energy that is distributed cannot always be channeled continuously because there are problems in the system that result in disruption of the system to customers and result in blackouts which will cause complaints and feel discomfort from blackouts for the community. electricity consumers and will cause losses for the electricity company itself. So to maintain the reliability of electricity at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk, it is necessary to maintain equipment at the distribution substation. In carrying out substation maintenance, normally the network is offline, so that customers who receive supplies from the substation also experience blackouts, besides that it will have an impact on the reliability index in the form of SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency) values. Index), and Energy Not Served (ENS) or selling kWh lost during maintenance which will have an impact on the cost of the losses obtained. One of the efforts of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk to maintain the reliability index is to carry out maintenance without blackouts on the 20 kV distribution electricity system. After doing maintenance without outages the value of SAIDI, SAIFI, and ENS becomes 0 or has an improvement of 100%, then the ENS is 4988.08 kWh and the rupiah about Rp. 7,475,780,667,- could be saved because during the implementation no consumers were affected and the reliability of the electrical system was well maintained. Key words : Maintenance Without Outages, SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), Energy Not Served (ENS). Penyaluran daya secara kontinui sangatlah dibutuhkan bagi masyarakat, tetapi pada kenyataannya energi listrik yang disalurkan tidak selamanya dapat tersalurkan secara kontinui sebab ada permasalahan-permasalahan pada sistem tersebut yang mengakibatkan terganggunya sistem ke pelanggan dan mengakibatkan pemadaman yang akan menimbulkan keluhan dan merasakan ketidaknyamanan dari pemadaman bagi masyarakat konsumen listrik dan akan menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan listrik itu sendiri. Maka untuk menjaga keandalan kelistrikan di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk diperlukan pemeliharaan peralatan pada gardu distribusi. Dalam melaksanakan pemeliharaan gardu, normalnya jaringan dalam keadaan offline atau padam, sehingga pelanggan yang mendapat suplai dari gardu tersebut juga mengalami pemadaman, disamping itu akan memberi dampak terhadap indeks keandalan berupa nilai SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index), SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index), dan Energy Not Served (ENS) atau kWh jual yang hilang ketika pemeliharaan yang akan berdampak pada biaya kerugian yang didapatkan. Salah satu upaya PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk untuk menjaga indeks keandalan tersebut adalah dengan melaksanakan pemeliharaan tanpa padam pada sistem kelistrikan distribusi 20 kV. Setelah dilakukannya pemeliharaan tanpa pemadaman nilai SAIDI, SAIFI, dan ENS menjadi 0 atau mengalami perbaikan sebesar 100%, maka ENS sebesar 4988,08 kWh dan rupiah sebesar Rp. 7.475.780,667,- dapat terselamatkan karena saat pelaksanaannya tidak ada konsumen yang terdampak dan keandalan sistem kelistrikan tetap terjaga dengan baik.
