Abstract

Electricity is one of the basic energies that are needed by society and industry today. Many factors will affect the distribution, so that power distribution cannot reach consumers properly. Some of these factors include feeder disturbances so that power outages can occur and affect the reliability of the power distribution system because it will take a lot of blackout time so as to create a greater Energy Not Sale (ENS) value which will ultimately harm PLN. This study discusses how the effect of installing Circuit Breaker Outgoing (CBO) as an effort to shorten the distance of interruption of power outages in one feeder so as to reduce the value of Energy Not Sale (ENS) and can improve the quality and reliability of electricity supply to consumers. The conclusion after installing Circuit Breaker Outgoing (CBO) on the feeder, the value of Energy Not Sale (ENS) that was saved at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk amounting to 13,277.75 kWh when converted into rupiah, the income generated is Rp. 19.182.371 which means that the installation of Circuit Breaker Outgoing (CBO) can optimize the value of Energy Not Sale (ENS) to customers and increase the value of saving at PT. PLN (Persero) by 49%. Keywords : Feeder, Circuit Breaker Outgoing (CBO), Energy Not Sale (ENS) Listrik merupakan salah satu energi pokok yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh mayarakat maupun industri saat ini. Banyak faktor yang akan mempengaruhi pendistribusian, sehingga distribusi daya tidak dapat menjangkau konsumen dengan baik. Beberapa faktor tersebut di antaranya gangguan penyulang sehingga bisa terjadinya pemadaman listrik dan mempengaruhi keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik karena akan memakan banyak waktu pemadaman sehingga menciptakan nilai Energy Not Sale (ENS) yang semakin besar yang ujungnya akan merugikan PLN. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana pengaruh pemasangan Circuit Breaker Outgoing (CBO) sebagai upaya untuk memperpendek jarak gangguan pemadaman listrik dalam satu penyulang sehingga dapat memperkecil nilai Energy Not Sale (ENS) dan dapat meningkatkan mutu dan keandalan pasokan energi ternaga listrik kepada konsumen Kesimpulan setelah dilakukan pemasangan Circuit Breaker Outgoing (CBO) pada penyulang, nilai Energy Not Sale (ENS) yang terselamatkan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kebon Jeruk sebesar 13.277,75 kWh bila dirupiahkan maka pendapatan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp. 19.182.371 yang artinya dengan pemasangan Circuit Breaker Outgoing (CBO) ini dapat memngoptimalkan nilai Energy Not Sale (ENS) kepada pelanggan dan meningkatkan nilai saving pada PT.
