Abstract
The aim of this study was to see the percentage of self efficacy of SD X teachers in West Jakarta. Participant in this study were 87 teachers of SD X in West Jakarta. This study is a descriptive quantitative study using a measurement based on General Self Efficacy Scale by Albert Bandura. The result showed that The result showed that the teachers SD X about 58 person (66,67%) with average self-efficacy. Keywords: self efficacy, elementary school teacher, inclusive school Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat tingkat self efficacy pada guru SD X di Jakarta Barat. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 87 orang guru SD X di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan alat ukur pada General Self Efficacy Scale dari Albert Bandura. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 58 orang guru (66.67%) memiliki tingkat self efficacy sedang atau cukup. Kata kunci: self efficacy, guru SD, sekolah inklusi
