Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Managerial Ownership, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy and Profitability, on Firm Value. The object of this research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. get a sample using purposive sampling method, so that the sample obtained in this study as many as 84 companies. The data analysis used is statistical in the form of multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS application program. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, dividend policy, profitability have an effect on firm value, and debt policy has no effect on firm value. Keywords: Firm Value, Managerial Ownership, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, and Profitability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kebijakan Hutang, Kebijakan Dividen Dan Profitabilitas, Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2020. penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling,sehingga sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial,kebijakan Dividen, profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan kebijakan hutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kebijakan Hutang, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Profitabilitas.
