Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the application of occupational safety and health affects employee performance at the Augusta Cengkareng Hotel, West Jakarta. The research was conducted at the Augusta Cengkareng Hotel, West Jakarta. The population numbered 86 employees using the Slovin formula and obtained 47 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing, while the data analysis method uses Parial Least Square. The results of data analysis in this study proved that occupational safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and occupational health has a positive insignificant effect on employee performance, and Occupational Safety and Health were found to have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. Keywords: Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Hotel Augusta Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Penelitian dilakukan di Hotel Augusta Cengkareng Jakarta Barat. Populasi berjumlah 86 orang karyawan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapatkan 47 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Parial Least Square. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja ditemukan memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
