Abstract
Cibis 8 (eight) building owned by PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan is the location in this research where the company is faced with the obstacle of the high level of damage experienced by the lift. This happens because the number of users is quite high and often experiences high loads or overloads which result in a high frequency of damage as well. To measure the effectiveness of the elevator machine, it is necessary to calculate using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. Overall Equipment Effectiveness is a method to identify the performance of a machine or equipment so that it can be seen which parts affect the high or low effectiveness value. To get the percentage value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) it is necessary to multiply the results of the ratio of Availability, Performance, and Quality. The total calculation results for the period May 2021 – April 2022 has an average value of the Availability Rate of the elevator machine is 97.88%, then the average value of the Performance Rate is 61.55%, and the average value of the Quality Rate is 75.00%. With an average value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is 45.19%. Then the Six Big Losses which causes the lift machine's effectiveness value to be very low is the Reduce Speed Losses with a percentage value of 59.10%. Bhumyamca Sekawan merupakan lokasi pada penelitian kali ini dimana pihak perusahaan dihadapkan pada kendala tingginya tingkat kerusakan yang dialami liftnya. Hal ini terjadi karena jumlah pengguna cukup tinggi dan sering mengalami beban tinggi atau overload yang berakibat frekuensi kerusakan yang tinggi juga. Untuk mengukur kinerja keefektivitas dari mesin lift tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan metode untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja dari suatu mesin/peralatan sehingga dapat diketahui bagian mana saja yang mempengaruhi tinggi/rendahnya nilai keefektivitasan tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dibutuhkan hasil perkalian dari rasio Availability, Performance, dan Quality. Total hasil perhitungan pada periode bulan Mei 2021 – April 2022 memiliki nilai rata-rata dari Availability Rate mesin lift adalah 97,88%, kemudian untuk nilai rata-rata dari Performance Rate adalah 61,55%, dan nilai rata-rata dari Quality Rate adalah 75,00%. Dengan ratarata nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah 45,19%. Kemudian faktor Six Big Losses yang menyebabkan nilai keefektivan mesin lift tersebut sangat rendah merupakan faktor Reduce Speed Losses dengan nilai persentase 59,10%.
