Abstract

The development of online business in Indonesia is now very rapid, with the process carried out by ordering goods through resellers or distributors using one of the internet's social networks. Online shopping is one way of shopping through communication tools or social networks that are used in buying and selling transactions, future sales determine sales volume. One of the online stores, Lookma Boutique, generates quite large sales every month and year, but the sales results are unstable and it is impossible to predict the increase and decrease in sales. Therefore we need a method that can predict product sales. This study focuses on predicting sales results from Lookma Boutique to determine the effectiveness of sales based on product sales population based on total paid products and ordered products made. By comparison of algorithms that have advantages in making predictions using the Linear Regression algorithm and the Decission Tree Algorithm. The results of this study indicate that of all the tests using MAE gave a result of 0.84, MSE gave a result of 1.79 and R2 Score yielded a result of 1.00. Keywords: Prediction, Algoritma Regresi Linear, Algoritma Decission Tree, Analysis, Data Perkembangan bisnis secara online di Indonesia sekarang sangat pesat, dengan proses dilakukan dengan cara memesan barang melalui reseller atau distributor menggunakan salah satu jejaring sosial internet. Belanja online merupakan salah satu cara berbelanja melalui alat komunikasi atau jejaring sosial yang digunakan dalam transaksi jual beli, penjualan di masa yang akan datang menentukan volume penjualan. Salah satu toko online yaitu Lookma Boutique, toko tersebut menghasilkan penjualan yang cukup besar setiap bulan dan tahun, tetapi hasil penjualan yang dihasilkan tidak stabil dan tidak mampu diprediksi kenaikan dan penurunan penjualannya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu metode yang bisa prediksi produk penjualan. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk prediksi hasil penjualan dari Lookma Boutique untuk mengetahui efektifitas penjualan berdasarkan populitas penjualan produk berdasarkan total produk dibayar dan produk pesanan yang dibuat. Dengan perbandingan algoritma yang memiliki keunggulan dalam melakukan prediksi dengan menggunakan algoritma Regressi Linear dan Algoritma Decission Tree. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari semua pengujian menggunakan MAE memberikan hasil 0.84, MSE memberikan hasil 1.79 dan R2 Score menghasilkan hasil 1.00.
