Abstract
ABSTRAK oleh Pada perusahaan industri mobil mempunyai permasalahan kualitas disebabkan proses terdapat pada lini produksi, terutama pada produk assembly intake manifold (ASIM) Heating. Metode yang d intake manifold yang dihasilkan 889F yang terutama pada mesin igunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu PlanDoCheckNut Action (PDCA) dengan menggunakan alat bantu kualitas seperti Control (SPC) , Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), dan Kaizen Statistical Process . Berdasarkan check sheet adanya permasalahan dari kualitas produk yang d ihasilkan melewati standard yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan yaitu pada bulan april sebesar 68 pcs yang disebabkan oleh kerusakan mesin Nut Heating . Kemudian melakukan perbaikan dengan menerapkan check sheet pemeliharaan mesin mulai dari harian, mingg uan, dan bulanan yang harus dilakukan oleh operator sebelum dimulainya proses produksi. Setelah dilakukannya perbaikan selama 3 bulan yaitu mei, juni, juli adanya perkembangan sebelumnya dengan t yang otal cukup defect baik dengan hasil total defect sebesar 6 pcs yang sebesar 80 pcs, maka adanya penurunan produk defect dengan hasil presentase sebesar 74% setelah dilakukannya Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Produk perbaikan. The method used for this research is PlanCheckAction (PDCA) using quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Kaizen. Based on the check sheet, there are problems with the quality of the products produced that pass the standard set by the company, namely in April of 68 pcs caused by damage to the Nut Heating. Then make improvements by implementing a machine maintenance check sheet starting from daily, weekly, and monthly which must be carried of the production pr ocess. After out by the operator before the start repairs for 3 months, namely May, June, July, there was a fairly good development with a total defect of 6 pcs which previously had a total defect of 80 pcs, then there was a decrease in product defects with a percentage yield of 74% after rep airs were carried out.
