Abstract

Decorative Lights With Mega Mendung Batik Motifs as decorations on decorative lamps made from PVC Paralon This aims to create a variety of decorative lighting designs, make various forms of decorative motifs of batik and apply to various forms of decorative lamps made from PVC paralon which apply mega cloudy batik motifs as decorations . The method used in the creation of this work of art consists of an exploration stage (literature study, observation and documentation), then the design process by making alternative sketches and selected designs, as well as the process of manifesting the work. The process of embodiment of the work begins with the preparation of tools and materials, the formation of works includes cutting pvc paralon, making the main frame pattern, making decorations and assembling the main components. The techniques used in the process of making works are cutting techniques, and carving techniques. The main material used is pvc paralon. Finishing materials used are pilox and acrylic paint. Keyword : Decorative Lights, Batik Motifs, Megamendung Motifs Lampu Hias Dengan Motif Batik Mega Mendung sebagai dekorasi pada lampu hias berbahan dasar paralon pvc ini bertujuan menciptakan berbagai desain lampu hias, membuat berbagai bentuk lampu hias motif batik serta diterapkan pada berbagai bentuk lampu hias berbahan dasar paralon pvc yang menerapkan motif batik mega mendung sebagai dekorasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penciptaan karya seni ini terdiri dari tahap eksplorasi (studi pustaka, observasi dan dokumentasi), selanjutnya proses perancangan dengan membuat sketsa alternatif dan desain terpilih, serta proses perwujudan karya. Proses perwujudan karya dimulai dengan persiapan alat dan bahan, pembentukan karya meliputi pemotongan paralon pvc, pembuatan pola kerangka utama, pembuatan dekorasi dan merakit komponen utama. Teknik yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan karya adalah teknik potong, dan teknik ukir. Adapun bahan utama yang digunakan adalah paralon pvc.Bahan finishing yang digunakan adalah pilox dan cat acrylic. Kata Kunci : Lampu Hias, Motif Batik, Motif Mega Mendung
