Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri manufaktur otomotif di daerah Sunter memiliki beberapa line yang yang belum mencapai target produktivitas perusahaan tersebut sebesar 85%. Berdasarkan data operation ratio selama periode Januari 2021 – September 2021, Spark Plug Line 5 merupakan line dengan operation ratio terendah dengan loss time terbesar dikarenakan breakdown machine, dan berdasarkan data breakdown dapat ditemukan mesin yang sering bermasalah adalah mesin Caulking line 5, dimana dalam periode 9 bulan terjadi kerusakan sebanyak 104 kali dengan waktu kerusakan selama 187.16 jam. Untuk peningkatan produktivitas mesin maka digunakan metode TPM, untuk analisis peningkatan efisiensi dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) agar dapat mengetahui tingkat efektifitas dari Spark Plug Line 5 dan menggunakan six big losses untuk mengetahui sumber permasalahan di line tersebut sehingga dapat membuat perawatan mesin secara berkala dengan efektif. Perbaikan dilakukan dari segi faktor mesin, manusia, material, metode, dan lingkungan. Di bulan Desember 2021, hasil nilai OEE setelah perbaikan meningkat menjadi 85.8% (naik 6.4% dibandingkan nilai OEE rata-rata selama 9 bulan terakhir) Kata Kunci : Produktivitas, Operation Ratio, Total Productive Maintenance, OEE, Six Big Losses http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id/ v ABSTRACT Companies engaged in the automotive manufacturing industry in the Sunter area have several lines that have not reached the company's productivity target of 85%. Based on operation ratio data during the period January 2021 - September 2021, Spark Plug Line 5 is the line with the lowest operation ratio with the largest loss time due to machine breakdown, and based on breakdown data can be found the machine that is often problematic is the Caulking line 5 machine, where in a period of 9 months there is breakdown losses as much as 104 times with breakdown time around 187.16 hours. For the increase in machine productivity, the TPM method is used, for efficiency improvement analysis is done using overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) calculations in order to know the effectiveness level of Spark Plug Line 5 and use six big losses to find out the source of problems in the line so that it can make maintenance machine periodically effectively. Improvements are made in terms of machine, human, material, method, and environmental factors.
