Abstract

ABSTRACT Puzzles are disassembled toys or picture pieces that are usually made of asymmetrical pieces of wood or thick cardboard to make it easier to arrange pictures into a whole, which have existed since the 18th century and are still popular today. Various studies have shown the amazing benefits of playing puzzles, one of which is stimulating the brain to keep working optimally and honing the technique of a child's ability to want to learn. Therefore, this educational toy for preschool age children is intended for children aged 4-6 years or preschool where the learning process of children's cognitive development begins with playing while educating the child's brain in responding, making decisions and so on. As a toy that is still in great demand by the market, this title was initiated to assist parents in providing educational toys to preschool children. Keywords: Educational toys, Puzzle Game, Preschool ABSTRAK Puzzle adalah mainan bongkar pasang maupun potongan gambar yang biasanya terbuat dari potongan kayu maupun karton tebal berwujud asimetris untuk memudahkan menyusun gambar menjadi utuh, yang sudah ada sejak abad ke-18 dan masih digemari hingga saat ini. Berbagai studi telah menunjukkan manfaat bermain puzzle yang menakjubkan, salah satunya adalah menstimulasi otak agar tetap bekerja secara optimal serta mengasah Teknik kemampuan anak untuk mau belajar. Oleh karena itu, Mainan Edukatif untuk anak usia Prasekolah ini diperuntukkan bagi anak usia 4-6 tahun atau prasekolah dimana proses belajar pengembangan kognitif anak dimulai dengan bermain sambil mengedukasi otak anak dalam merespon, membuat keputusan dan sebagainya. Sebagai mainan yang masih banyak diminati pasar, maka judul ini digagas guna membantu para orang tua dalam memberikan mainan edukatif kepada anak-anak prasekolah.
