Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas (Current Ratio) Pertumbuhan Penjualan (Sales Growth) terhadap kebijakan dividen (Dividend Payout Ratio) serta implikasinya terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price Book Value). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Kimia periode 2014 – 2020. Data diperoleh melalui situs BEI (www.idx.co.id) . Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kasual. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode tersbut diperoleh 5 perusahaan yang meiliki kriteria dan total 12 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan tujuh tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS v.25. hasil penelitian menunjukkan CR berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap DPR, Sales Growth berpengaruh positif positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap DPR, dan DPR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV. Kata kunci : Likuiditas (Current Ratio), Pertumbuhan Penjualan (Sales Growth), Kebijakan Dividen (Dividend Payout Ratio), dan Nilai Perusahaan (Price Book Value). This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio) and Sales Growth (Sales Growth) on dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) and its implications for firm value (Price Book Value). The object of this research is a chemical company for the period 2014 – 2020. Data obtained through the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The research design used is casual research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. From this method, there were 5 companies that met the criteria and a total of 12 companies during the seven-year observation period. The data anaylisis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and simple linera regression analysis with help of SPSS v.25. The results of this research indicate that CR has a negative and not significant effect on DPR, Sales Growth has a positif and not significant effect on DPR, and DPR has a positif and significant effect on PBV.
