Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Akur Pratama (Yogya Group). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu 72 72 karyawan karyawan, Sampel yang dipergunakan , seluruh responden merupakan karyawan PT Akur Pratama (Yogya Group). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penel itian diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. ling jenuh Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik samp atau sampling sensus . dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 3.2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa secara parsial, pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan akan tetapi pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengembangan karir, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of training, career development and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Akur Pratama (Yogya Group). The population in this study were 72 employees, the sample used in this study were 72 employees, all respondents were employees of PT Akur Pratama (Yogya Group). The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study is the saturated sample technique. The research data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the help o f the SmartPLS version 3.2 program. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that partially, career development and work motivation can affect employee performance, but training has no significant effect on employee performance.
