Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan Trafo adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri manufaktur atau perakitan trafo tenaga (Power Transformer) bertegangan tinggi. Saat ini permintaan trafo secara global sedang mengalami penurunan. Selain itu adanya perusahaan yang sejenis yang mulai beroperasi, sehingga persaingan dipasar domestik semakin ketat. Permintaan yang menurun menjadikan perusahaan perlu menjaga konsumen dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik seperti, kualitas yang bagus, waktu pengiriman yang cepat dan harga yang lebih bersaing dengan kompetitor. Efektifitas dan efisiensi serta menekan biaya produksi dan meminimkan segala pemborosan (waste). Hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan lean, dilanjutkan dengan melihat proses bisnis secara keseluruhan diperusahaan, Big Picture Mapping (BPM) dan Identifikasi waste yang terjadi pada proses bisnis, dilakukan dengan perbandingan waktu aktual terhadap waktu standar terhadap proses winding, didapat value adding time proses pembuatan winding adalah 21310 menit. Sedangkan total waktu produksinya adalah sekitar 22995 menit. Sehingga selisih dari waktu produksi dengan value adding time dapat dikatakan sebagai waktu yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah bagi produk, yaitu sebesar 1685 menit atau 7.3%, di identifikasi penyebabnya menggunakan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Waste waiting merupakan waste yang paling banyak diantara waste lainnya Kata kunci: Lean, Big Picture Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Waste. http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id/ v ABSTRACT Transformer Company is a company engaged in the manufacturing or assembly of high-voltage power transformers. Currently global transformer demand is experiencing a decline. In addition, there are similar companies that have started operating, so that competition in the domestic market is getting tougher. Demands that make companies need to take care of consumers by providing the best services such as good quality, fast delivery times and prices that are more competitive with competitors. Effectiveness and efficiency as well as reducing production costs and minimizing all waste (waste). The results of the study using a lean approach, followed by looking at the company's overall business processes, Big Picture Mapping (BPM) and identification of waste that occurs in business processes, is carried out by comparing the actual time to the standard time of the winding process, the added value of the winding manufacturing process is obtained 21310 minutes. While the total production time is about 22995 minutes.
