Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan metode EOQdanJIT terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan kimia tetrahydrofuran di laboartoriumPT. Amarox Pharma Global, yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan farmasi di Cikarang dengan permasalahan persediaan bahan kimia untuk pemeriksaan produkdi departemen Quality Control yang belum memiliki systempengelolaanpersediaan. metode Economy Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Just in Time (JIT). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini berupa hasil perbandingan analisis metode EOQdan JIT. metode EOQ didapatkan jumlah pembelian bahan kimia optimum padatahun 2019,2020,2021 adalah sebanyak 12.99, 9.15, dan 7.88 unit botol denganfrekuensi pembelian sebanyak 3.46, 3.61, dan 3.81 kali pemesanan yangmembutuhkan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp.13.856.402 , Rp.14.422.202 , Rp. 15.231.544. sedangkan dengan metode JIT didapatkan jumlah pembelian bahanadalah jumlah pengiriman optimum sebanyak 2.99, 2.76, 2.48 kali dengankuantitas pemesanan bahan kimia optimal sebanyak 6.23, 5.03 , 4.42 unit botol dengan kuantitas pengiriman optimal sebanyak 2.08, 1.82, 1.78 unit botol sekali pengiriman dan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 7.22, 6.56, 6.78 kali membutuhkantotal biaya persediaan sebesar Rp.5.156.829, Rp.5.631.472, Rp.5.851.534. In the EOQmethod, the optimum number of purchases of chemicals in 2019, 2020, 2021 is12.99, 9.15, and 7.88 bottles with a frequency of purchases of 3.46, 3.61, and 3.81times of ordering which requires a total inventory cost of Rp. 13,856.402, Rp. .14,422,202 , Rp. 15,231,544. while with the JIT method, the number of material purchases obtained is the optimum number of deliveries of 2.99, 2.76, 2.48 timeswith the optimal quantity of chemical orders of 6.23, 5.03, 4.42 units of bottles withthe optimal delivery quantity of 2.08, 1.82, 1.78 units of bottles once delivery andthe frequency of ordering as many as 7.22, 6.56, 6.78 times requiring a total inventory cost of Rp. 5,156,829, Rp. 5,631,472, Rp. 5,851,534.
