Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam sebuah laboraturium industri makanan tidak luput dari kegiatan yang beresiko mengakibatkan MSDs (Muscullos Skelletal Disorder). Berdasarkan hasil wawancara secara umum yang ditujukan kepada 10 orang laboran mikrobiologi, didapatkan hasil pekerja mengalami keluhan sakit pada bagian leher atas, leher bawah, bahu, punggung, lengan atas kanan, pinggang, bokong, siku, pergelangan tangan, betis. Berdasarkan banyaknya keluhan akibat gangguan pekerjaan, maka perlu dilakukan identifikasi penilaian faktor dan tingkat risiko pekerjaan yang lebih mendalam menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assassment (REBA). Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan kuisioner Nordic Body Maps yang ditujuan pada 10 laboran mikrobiologi laboratorium industri makanan nilai tertinggi yaitu keluhan sakit pada pinggang, hal ini beerkaitan dengan posisi kerja no7 yaitu posisi meletakan erlenmeyer yang telah diuji ke dalam keranjang yang terletak dilantai. Kemudian dilakukan penilaian posisi kerja pada grup A = 7 dan grup B = 2 sehingga hasil penilaian tabel grup C = 9+1(nilai beban) = 10 (termasuk kategori tingkat resiko 3/tinggi), maka diperlukan adanya investigasi lebih lanjut. Based on the results of general interviews addressed to 10 microbiological analysts, it was found that workers experienced complaints of pain in the upper neck, lower neck, shoulders, back, right upper arm, waist, buttocks, elbows, wrists, calves. Based on the number of complaints due to work disturbances, it is necessary to identify a more in-depth assessment of factors and levels of occupational risk using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. The results of this study are based on the Nordic Body Maps questionnaire aimed at 10 microbiology analysts in the food industry laboratory, the highest score is complaints of back pain, this is related to work position no 7, namely the position of placing the tested Erlenmeyer into a basket on the floor. Then the assessment of the work position in group A = 7 and group B = 2 so that the results of the assessment table group C = 9 + 1 (load value) = 10 (including the category of risk level 3/high), then further investigation is needed.
