Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perilaku kebijakan dividen dan nilai perusahaan emiten sub s ektor c o 2016nsumer goods di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah emiten counsumer goods sebasar 12 perusahaan, sedangkan sampling menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan metode alternatif yaitu Common Effect, Fixed Effect Random Effect , lalu menggunakan pemilihan m odel Chow Test dan Hausman Test dan serta pengujian mengunakan uji tStatistik dengan aplikasi Eviews 10 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan CR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DPR, DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap DPR, ROE berpengaruh n egatif dan signifikan terhadap DPR, TATO berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap DPR, dan DPR berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Kata Kunci : Price to Book Value, Dividend Payout Ratio, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Total Asset TurnOver. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the behavior of dividend policy and the value of the company in consumer goods sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 20 1620 of 12 companies , while 20 . The population in this technique used in the sampl ing research is cunsumer goods issure is purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study amounted 10 . The data analysis technique used is panel data regression using three alternative methods, namely c ommon effects, fixed effects and random effects, which the use selections of the chow test model and the husman test and testing using tha tStatistic test with the statistical application Eviews 10. The result of this research indicate that CR has a posit ive and significant effect on DPR, DER has a positive and significant effect on DPR, ROE has a negative and significant effect on DPR, TATO has a positive and not significant effect on DPR, and DPR has a negative and not significant effect on PBV.
