Abstract

ABSTRAK Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan segala kegiatan untuk menjamin dan melindungi keselamatan dan kesehatan tenaga kerja melalui upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. K3 penting untuk diperhatikan oleh setiap perusahaan. Pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dapat dilakukan dengan mengetahui risiko yang ada, salah satunya melalui metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment, and Risk Control (HIRARC). Metode HIRARC merupakan manajemen risiko dan yang menentukan arah penerapan K3 dalam perusahaan. Risiko yang terjadi berasal dari alur kerja yang dilakukan oleh petugas pengambil contoh. Sebanyak 15 dari 30 PPC pernah mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menanalisis risiko kecelakaan kerja pada PPC di PT SKY PACIFIC INDONESIA. Analisis data diawali dengan mengidentifikasi bahaya dari aktivitas pekerjaan, melakukan penilaian risiko, serta diakhiri dengan melakukan pengendalian risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat sepuluh kecelakaan kerja dari kegiatan pengambilan sampel uji udara emisi yang memiliki potensi bahaya seperti tersengat listrik, tertimpa alat, terkana bahan kimia, menghirup bahan kimia, tersandung, mengangkut alat, terpeleset, mata terkena debu, kontak dengan benda panas, dan terjatuh dari ketinggian. Penilaian risiko yang didapatkan dari hasil identifikasi bahaya dan data dari perusahaan bahwa penyakit hernia tergolong kedalam risiko tingkat tinggi. Pengendalian risiko yang didapatkan yaitu administrative, engineering control dan menggunakan APD. OHS is important for every company to pay attention to. Prevention of work accidents can be done by knowing the existing risks, one of which is through the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. The HIRARC method is risk management and determines the direction of OHS implementation in the company. The risk occurs from the workflow carried out by the sampling officer. As many as 15 out of 30 PPCs have experienced work accidents. This study aims to analyze the risk of work accidents on PPC at PT SKY PACIFIC INDONESIA. The results showed that the HIRARC method can analyze occupational safety risks by knowing the level of work safety risk at PT. SPI. Research shows that the attitude of workers is very influential on the application of OHS at the time of the accident. The application of OHS in work is used to protect and ensure the safety and health of workers, minimize the possibility of work accidents, and improve the welfare of workers. Then the factors that affect the risk of occupational safety and health are human factors, standardization factors, work environment factors, infrastructure factors which include personal protective equipment, and weather factors.
