Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam upaya meningkatkan efektifitas suatu industri berhubungan erat dengan beberapa faktor seperti mesin, material, manusia, metode dll sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah di tentukan. PT. TD Auotomotive Compressor Indonesia merupakan sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi compressor ac mobil yang memiliki beberapa line proses produksi salah satunya adalah Die Casting. Berdasarkan data downtime bulan April 2021 – Maret 2022 line Die Casting merupakan line yang memiliki downtime tertinggi yaitu sebesar 454,26 jam khususnya pada mesin Die Casting 15 yang menyebabkan machine operation ratio tidak tercapai dan efektifitas mesin menurun. Metode peneilitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis efektifitas mesin tersebut adalah overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektifitas mesin Die Casting 15 berada dibawah world class standar yaitu dengan nilai rata – rata 78,3% ( std ≥ 85% ) dimana nilai availability ratio 96,8%, Performance ratio 81,4% dan quality ratio 99,8%. Losses yang mempengaruhi efektifitas mesin adalah reduced speed losses 53,61% dan idling and minor stoppages 19,95%. Usulan perbaikan dilakukan berdasarkan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) tertinggi sehingga didapatkan 5 skala prioritas usulah perbaikan agar efektifitas mesin Die Casting 15 meningkat. PT. TD Auotomotive compressor Indonesia is a manufacturing company that produces car ac compressors that have several production process lines, one of which is Die Casting . Based on downtime data for April 2021 - March 2022, the Die Casting line is the line that has the highest downtime of 454.26 hours, especially on the 15 Die Casting machine, which causes the machine operation ratio to not be achieved and the machine's effectiveness to decrease. The research methods used to analyze the effectiveness of the machine are overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results showed that the effectiveness of the Die Casting machine 15 was below the standard world class with an average value of 78.3% (std 85%) where the value of the availability ratio was 96.8%, performance 81.4% and quality ratio 99.8. %. Losses that affect the effectiveness of the machine are reduced speed losses 53.61% and idling and minor stoppages 19.95%. Proposed improvements are made based on the highest RPN value so that 5 priority scales of improvement proposals are obtained so that the effectiveness of the Die Casting machine 15 increases.
