Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan PT. Pondasi Pratama. Sampel yang di pergunakan adalah seluruh populasi yaitu sebanyak 40 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statisticcql Product and Service Solution versi 25. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kohesivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap productivitas. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas Kata Kunci: Kohesivitas, Kompensasi, Efikasi Diri, Produktivitas This study aims to analyze factor that affect employee performance. The population in this study wa 40 employees. Sample withdrawal method using saturated sample. Data collection method using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. Data analysis method using Statistical Product and Service Solution version 25. This research proves that cohesiveness has a positive and significant effect on productuvuty. Compensation has a positive and signifikan effect on productivity. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on productivity.
