Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention of PT. Asri Pancawarna is located in Karawang and Jakarta. The research method uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The research population is 764 employees, and then the probability sampling technique using simple random sampling is obtained as many as 88 employees (respondents). In this study, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The results showed that work stress had a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT. Asri Pancawarna can be seen from the t count of 4.506 > t table of 1.666, a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with an r square of 19.1%, job satisfaction has no significant effect on the turnover intention of PT. Asri Pancawarna seen from the t count of 1.675 > t table 1.666 and the significance value of 0.098 > 0.05. Simultaneous test shows the results of job stress and job satisfaction affect the turnover intention of employees of PT. Asri Pancawarna can be seen from the F count 11.204 > F table 3.10, the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 and the r square is 20.9%. Keywords: job stress, job satisfaction, turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Asri Pancawarna yang berlokasi di Karawang dan Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dengan program SPSS versi 25. Adapun populasi penelitian berjumlah 764 karyawan, dan selanjutnya teknik pengambilan sampel probability menggunakan simple random sampling diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 88 karyawan (responden). Dalam penelitian ini, teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Asri Pancawarna dapat dilihat dari t hitung sebesar 4,506 > t tabel 1,666, nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan r square sebesar 19,1%, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Asri Pancawarna dilihat dari t hitung sebesar 1,675 > t tabel 1,666 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,098 > 0,05. Uji secara simultan menunjukan hasil stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Asri Pancawarna dapat dilihat dari hasil F hitung 11,204 > F tabel 3,10, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan r square sebesar 20,9%.
