Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi upaya Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Lebong dalam mempertahankan zona hijau dari Virus Covid-19, serta memberikan usulan perbaikan dalam upaya pencegahan penyebaran Virus Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan DMAIC dan Hierarki Pengendalian Bahaya, Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara kepada tim Satgas Covid-19 dan observasi diwilayah Kabupaten Lebong. Hasil penelitian metode Define tim satgas Covid-19 membentuk posko perbatasan wilayah kabupaten Lebong, Data kumulatif mobilisasi Maret hingga Desember 2020 pos Selatan yaitu 46085 orang, persentase mobilisasi terendah 7% dan tertinggi 18%/bulan, pada pos Utara 83740 orang persentase mobilisasi terendah 7% dan tertinggi 19%/bulan, Measure perhitungan Mean pos Utara 8374 dan Selatan 4608 orang setiap bulan melakukan mobilisasi, Tahap Analyze mobilisasi masyarakat sedangkan prioritas tertinggi keselamatan masyarakat, Tahap Improve Kepolisisan tidak menerbitkan izin keramaian, Tahap Control tim satgas Covid-19 melakukan pemantauan kepada msyarakat yang melakukan mobilisasi. Metode Hierarki Pengendalian Bahaya Eliminasi tim satgas Covid-19 tidak memberikan akses masuk pekerja swasta, Subsitusi program pembelajaran sekolah dari tatap muka menjadi daring, Rekayasa Engineering tim satgas membentuk pos penjagaan dan melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan, Administrasi Control tim satgas Covid-19 melakukan pemeriksaan dokumen seperti KTP, SIM, STNK, APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) tim satgas Covid-19 difasilitasi baju hazmat, full face masker, masker medis, safety glove, safety boot serta face Shield.
