Abstract

Abstrak Proses operasional didalamnya adalah dengan melakukan handling unit. Berdasarkan area handling unit dibagi menjadi dua area yaitu National Vehicle Delivery Center (NVDC) dan Regional Vehicle Delivery Center (RVDC). Pada proses pengiriman unit menggunakan moda car carrier dari NVDC ke RVDC ditemukan rata-rata defect perbulan sebesar 1.71% dan standard sebesar 0.62%. Bisa diartikan terdapat gap antara actual dan standard sebesar 1.09%. QCC menjadi metode yang dipilih guna untuk menemukan akar masalah dan mengukur tingkat permasalahan sehingga continoues improvement yang dilakukan juga tepat sasaran.Dengan analisa fishbone ditemukan dua akar masalah yaitu cover drop hole bumping dan ditemukan beberapa titik jalan rusak di ruas jalan tol cipali.Perbaikan yang dilakuan dengan membuat auto lock pada cover drope hole dan juga melakukan updating hazard map agar driver car carrier mengetahui titik kerusakan jalan saat melakukan pengiriman unit.Perbaikan tersebut mampu menurunkan kasus sebesar 1.19% sehingga kasus perbulan menjadi 0.52%.Untuk menjaga konsistensi aktifitas operasional makan dibuatkan juga SOP yang baru agar operasional lebih aman dan kualitas produk meningkat hingga konsumen akhir atau pembeli. QCC is the method chosen to find the root of the problem and measure the level of the problem so that the continuous improvement carried out is also on target. With fishbone analysis, two root problems were found, namely the cover drophole bumping and several damaged road points were found on the Cipali toll road section by making an auto lock on the drophole cover and also updating the hazard map so that car carrier drivers know the point of road damage when sending units. These improvements were able to reduce cases by 1.19% so that the monthly cases became 0.52%. To maintain the consistency of operational activities, meals were also made New SOP for safer operations and improved product quality to the final consumer or buyer.
