Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Labeling merupakan perusahan percetakan dengan produk berupa label. Mesin digital press memiliki target produksi sebanyak 8.000 m/hari. Namun, pada proses produksinya mesin sering mengalami permasalahan seperti mesin rusak dan masalah lainnya, sehingga target produksi harian sering tidak tercapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai kerja dari setiap proses pada mesin Digital Press, serta mengetahui penyebab kerugian yang dialami pada mesin Digital Press. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode untuk mengukur kinerja mesin yaitu Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yang terdiri dari 3 faktor Availability, Performance, dan Quality. Hasil perhitungan OEE dengan menggunakan data laporan mesin selama periode Januari-Mei 2022 didapatkan nilai rata-rata OEE sebesar 70 % dimana nilai tersebut masih tidak memenuhi nilai Standar internasional untuk OEE yaitu sebesar 85%. Untuk faktor analisis Six Big Losses yang menyebabkan rendahnya nilai OEE terdiri dari 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya nilai tersebut yaitu, faktor Equipment Failure sebesar 10,7% dan faktor Setup & Adjustment dengan losses sebesar 7,03%. Adapun saran yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan nilai efektivitas mesin dengan menerapkan Pilar TPM pada mesin seperti Edukasi dan Pelatihan bagi karyawan yang bersangkutan dengan proses produksi mesin, melakukan Autonomous Maintenance dan Preventive Maintenance secara berkala. The digital press machine has a daily output of 8,000 m. However, during the manufacturing process, machines frequently encounter problems such as broken machines and other issues, resulting in missed daily production targets. The goal of this study was to determine the work value of each process on the Digital Press machine as well as the causes of losses experienced by the Digital Press machine. The method used in this study measures engine performance using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which consists of three factors: availability, performance, and quality. The results of the OEE calculation using engine report data for the period January-May 2022 obtained an average OEE value of 70%, which still falls short of the international standard value for OEE, which is 85%. For the analysis of the Six Big Losses factors that cause the low OEE value, there are two factors that affect the low value, namely the Equipment Failure factor with losses of 10.7% and the Setup & Adjustment factor with losses of 7.03%. Companies can use the Pillars of TPM on machines to increase the effectiveness of machines by conducting Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance on a regular basis.
