Abstract
ABSTRAK Tugas Akhir ini membahas Langkah-langkah perbaikan sistem dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Sistem yang dijadikan objek studi ini adalah bisnis proses pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kosmetik Dan Keperluan Rumah Tangga. Pada studi ini adalah mengangkat permasalahan yaitu kerap terjadinya waktu tunggu atau Lead Time pada supplier untuk mengirimkan pasokan bahan baku yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya produksi. Dalam penelitian ini Metodologi Business Process Reengineering digunakan untuk mempersingkat waktu sub proses dengan bantuan IDEF0, pemetaan proses dilakukan dengan diadakannya wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion dengan tiga orang ahli. Penelitian ini menghasilkan proses As-Is dan To-Be dalam mempersingkat waktu proses hingga tiga puluh enam persen. Dengan peningkatan waktu efisiensi yang cukup membuat Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kosmetik dan Keperluan Rumah Tangga mengalami perubahan waktu kerja yang pesat. Serta dengan implementasi ERP Odoo sangat mempermudah para pekerja untuk melakukan tugasnya dengan dalam 1 perangkat lunak manajemen bisnis. The system that is used as the object of this study is the business process of the Cosmetics and Household Sub-Sector Company. In this study, the problem is raised, namely the frequent occurrence of waiting times or Lead Time for suppliers to send supplies of raw materials which results in delays in production.methodology was Business Process Reengineering used to shorten the sub-process time with the help of IDEF0, the process mapping was carried out by holding interviews and Focus Group Discussions with three experts. This research resulted in the As-Is and To-Be processes in shortening the processing time by up to thirty-six percent. With an increase in efficiency time that is sufficient to make the Cosmetics and Household Needs Sub-Sector Companies experience rapid changes in working time. And with the implementation of Odoo ERP, it is very easy for workers to carry out their duties with one business management software.
