Abstract

ABSTRAK Permintaan kebutuhan barang terhadap perhiasan sangatlah tinggi, ini di tandai dengan banyaknya produksi barang yang banyak pada salah satu Perusahaan Perhiasan. Sehingga menimbulkan adanya terhambatnya proses produksi karena terdapat bahan baku yang habis. Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui model probabilistik yang digunakan untuk menentukan waktu dan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku dengan mempertimbangkan total biaya minimal. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan maka didapat hasil adalah untuk bahan baku emas dengan menggunakan metode Q adalah sebesar Rp. 64.510 sedangkan dari kebijakan dari perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp. 80.000. sementara itu untuk Safety Stock yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 20.203 unit, dan tingkat pelayanan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 99,45% yang artinya kebutuhan pelanggan dapat dipenuhi oleh perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Metode Q memiliki total biaya minimal persediaan untuk bahan baku. This causes delays in the production process because there are raw materials that run out. Therefore, a study was conducted that aims to determine the probabilistic model used to determine the time and amount of ordering raw materials by considering the minimum total cost. After doing the calculations, the results obtained are for gold raw materials using the Q method is Rp. 64,510 while the company's policy is Rp. 80,000.
