Abstract

ABSTRAK Waktu adalah sebuah hal berharga yang tidak dapat diulang kembali. Digunakan oleh seluruh orang dalam berbagai kondisi baik bekerja maupun beraktifitas. Kompetisi pun juga memerlukan waktu tertentu dalam pelaksanaannya. Waktu inilah yang mempengaruhi hasil pencapaian baik secara proses pengerjaan maupun kualitas. Dalam pelaksanaan kompetisi, waktu dibagi menjadi 3 yaitu programming, prepare dan machining. Terfokus kepada kegiatan prepare, pelaksanaan dari preparation masih dirasa kurang maksimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari waktu pencapaian ketika pelatihan yang masih melebihi batas waktu yang dikehendaki. Hal ini menyebabkan penggunaan waktu lain untuk menutup waktu proses kerja di kegiatan prepare. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannya perbaikan dengan analisa detail menggunakan micromotion study dan reduksi waktu dalam kegiatan prepare dengan single minute exchange of dies. Setelah mampu mencapai reduksi, diharapkan dapat mempercepat waktu prepare yang akan berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian dalam lomba World Skills Competition tahun 2022 di Shanghai. It use by everyone in every condition, like work and activity. The competition also use the standard time in implementation. The time give effect for achievement include for working process also the quality. The time for competition split in 3 aspect, that is programming, prepare, and machining, Focusing for prepare, the implementation for current condition was not maximum. It refer from achievement while training cannot achieve the limit time of competition. It cause use the other time from machining for replace the preparation time. From this problem, it need the improve with detail analyze use micromotion study and reduction time in preparation with single minutes exchange of dies. After reach the reduction, expected can increase prepare time and give impact to achievement in World Skills Competition in 2022 at Shanghai. Keyword : Prepare, Improve.
