Abstract

PT. trafoindo prima perkasa is one of the manufacturing industries engaged in electric transformers which are commonly used for the needs of companies in Indonesia. In production line 2, there are five machines used in production, namely Coil Lv (secondary), Coil Hv (primary), press, oven and injection machines. Based on the diagram from Figure 1, the Coil Lv machine has the highest downtime frequency, which is almost every day there are problems with the machine. Which, according to the author, this problem is very influential on the targets set by the company. This study aims to see the extent of the effects of the amount of downtime experienced by the Coil lv machine using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and then calculated with Six Big Losses to find out what factors are the cause of the lack of effectiveness on the Coil lv machine. Which then becomes a reference material for making recommendations for repairs for the lv sheet coil machine based on the tools available in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). After calculating the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), the average Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value for the lv sheet coil machine in the period June 2, 2022 – June 30 is 45%. After further analysis by calculating the value of the Six Big Losses related to the lack of value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on the lv sheet coil machine, one factor was obtained, namely Reduced Speed losses. With the value of Reduced Speed losses itself is 79%. Keyword: Maintenance, OEE, TPM, Six Big Losses PT. trafoindo prima perkasa merupakan salah satu industri manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang trafo listrik yang biasa di gunakan untuk kebutuhan perusahaan – perusahaan di Indonesia. Pada lini production line 2, terdapat lima mesin yang di gunakan dalam berproduksi yaitu mesin Coil Lv (sekunder), Coil Hv (primer), press, oven dan mesin injection. Berdasarkan gambar diagram dari Gambar 1 mesin Coil Lv memiliki frekuensi downtime paling tinggi yaitu hampir setiap hari adanya kendala terhadap mesin. Yang dimana menurut penulis permasalah ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap target yang di tentukan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana efek yang ditimbulkan dari banyaknya dowmtime yang dialami oleh mesin Coil lv dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) serta selanjutnya dihitung dengan Six Big Losses untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab kurangnya effektifitas terhadap mesin Coil lv. Yang kemudian hal tersebut menjadi bahan acuan untuk melakukan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk mesin coil lv sheet berdasarkan tools-tools yang ada pada Total Productive Maintenance(TPM). Setelah dilakukan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE), didapat rata-rata nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) mesin coil lv sheet pada periode bulan Juni 2 Juni 2022 – 30 Juni adalah sebesar 45%. Setelah dilakukan analisa lebih lanjut dengan menghitung nilai dari Six Big Losses terkait dengan kurangnya nilai dari Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) pada mesin coil lv sheet didapatkan satu faktor yaitu Reduced Speed losses. Dengan nilai dari Reduced Speed losses itu sendiri adalah sebesar 79%. Kata Kunci: Perawatan, OEE, TPM, Six Big Losses
