Abstract
The purpose of this study was to look at the role of mindfulness on the wellbeing on primary school teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were primary school teachers in Jabodetabek. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 159 respondents with convinience sampling technique. This study uses several instruments including the FFMQ (Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire) for the mindfulness variable that has been adapted by the researcher and the TWBS (Teacher's Well-Being Scale) for the teacher well-being variable that has been adapted (Dearly, 2020) both variables have been tested for validity and reliability. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis method. Based on data analysis, the results showed that mindfulness had a positive and significant role of 3% (.030 p<.05) on teacher well-being. There needs to be an effort from the school and the government to improve the welfare of teachers by using mindfulness interventions or other variables that can improve teacher wellbeing.
