Abstract

Today's society, especially those who have a passion for sports such as Futsal, need a fast and efficient time solution because they are busy with their respective jobs. As a result, they cannot make queue orders effectively because they have to come to the field provider directly to order the field. If you are lucky there is still an empty field and it has not been booked by someone else, but if you are unlucky the field is fully filled/ someone has already booked the field, then you have to find a futsal field provider elsewhere. Of course it becomes inefficient because it consumes a lot of time. Futsal field rental services usually still use the system manually, namely by coming to the place directly or ordering by telephone, so it is difficult to manage data if there are many orders that come together. Therefore, the author plans to make an online queue ordering application based on a website to make it easier for the public to order field queues and futsal field providers in managing data. The author collects data using the interview method, namely by conducting questions and answers with the community in order to find out what problems arise in the current system. In addition to interviews, the library study method is also used to support research problem solving. A list of books and journals used as research study materials can be seen on the Bibliography page of this research report. From interviews and literature studies, the authors get some data in the form of design analysis, needs analysis, system design, activity diagrams, class diagrams and user interface. Then from the test results it can be concluded that the futsal field rental website application system can help solve existing problems. Viewed from the interface and system side, this application is expected to ease users who want to order futsal courts online. Key words: PHP, FCFS, Codeigniter, Futsal, Web Application Masyarakat sekarang khususnya yang memiliki kegemaran berolah-raga seperti Futsal membutuhkan penyelesaian waktu yang cepat dan efisien dikarenakan sibuk dengan pekerjaannya masing – masing. Akibatnya mereka tidak bisa melakukan pemesanan antrian secara efektif karena harus datang ke tempat penyedia lapangannya langsung untuk memesan lapangan. Jika beruntung masih ada lapangan yang kosong dan belum di booking oleh orang lain tetapi jika sedang kurang beruntung lapangan sudah teriisi penuh/sudah ada yang mem-booking lapangan, maka harus mencari tempat penyedia lapangan futsal di tempat lain. Tentu saja hal tersebut menjadi tidak efisien karena menghabiskan banyak waktu. Pelayanan penyewaan lapangan futsal biasanya masih menggunakan sistem secara manual yaitu dengan datang ketempatnya langsung atau pemesanan dengan telepon sehingga hal tersebut sulit untuk mengatur data bila jerjadi banyak pesanan yang datang bersamaan. Oleh karena itu penulis berencana membuat sebuah aplikasi pemesanan antrian secara online berbasis website guna mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan pemesanan antrian lapangan dan penyedia lapangan futsal dalam mengatur data. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan metode wawancara yaitu dengan melakukan tanya jawab dengan masyarakat guna mengetahui masalah – masalah apa saja yang timbul pada sistem yang berjalan saat ini. Selain wawancara, metode Studi Pustaka juga digunakan untuk mendukung pemecahan masalah penelitian. Daftar buku dan jurnal yang digunakan sebagai bahan studi penelitian dapat dilihat pada halaman Daftar Pustaka dari laporan penelitian ini. Dari wawancara dan studi Pustaka penulis mendapatkan beberapa data berupa Analisa perancangan, Analisa kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, diagram aktivitas, diagram kelas dan tampilan antarmuka. Lalu dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan yaitu sistem aplikasi website penyewaan lapangan futsal dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang ada. Dilihat dari sisi interface maupun sistem, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meringankan pengguna yang ingin memesan lapangan futsal secara daring.
