Abstract

Fueld by the increasing number of traffic jams in the capital city of Jakarta, the LRT (Light Rail Transit) station project has become the main goal to overcome congestion in the capital city of Jakarta and become a contributor segment construction industry services. In project implementation, good scheduling and quality play an crucial impact on the speed, cost, and standard of project completion. Project delays often occur in the process of implementing construction projects. The quality is not good because it does not match the technical requirements. In the end, a project suffers a loss. The results of descriptive analysis research utilizing both the Lean Six Sigma and last planner system on the Light Rail Transit (LRT) station project obtained 10 influential factors where these factors are: BoQ, Implementation Schedule, Faade Work, Cost Reduction, Design Changes, Availability of experts, level of defects in the process work, work plan, planning process, prepare weekly plan. Analyzing the Lean Six Sigma method and the last planner system which is scheduling and financing to improve time and cost efficiency by getting time accuracy of 88.79% and cost savings of 92.75% Keywords: Station Light Rail Transit (LRT), Lean Six Sigma, last planning system, Time Performance, Cost Performance Dipicu oleh meningkatnya jumlah kemacetan di ibu kota Jakarta, proyek stasiun LRT (Light Rail Transit) menjadi tujuan utama untuk mengatasi kemacetan di ibu kota Jakarta dan menjadi segmen kontributor dalam dunia jasa konstruksi. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek, penjadwalan dan kualitas yang baik sangat berperan penting dalam ketepatan waktu, biaya, dan kualitas penyelesaian proyek. Keterlambatan proyek sering terjadi dalam proses pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Kualitasnya kurang bagus karena tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis. Pada akhirnya ada kerugian pada suatu proyek. Hasil penelitian analisa deskriptif dengan metode Lean Six Sigma dan last planning system pada proyek stasiun LRT (Light Rail Transit) diperoleh 10 faktor yang berpengaruh dimana faktor faktor tersebut yaitu: BoQ, Schedule Pelaksanaan, Pekerjaan Façade, Pengurangan Biaya, Perubahan Desain, Ketersediaan tenaga ahli, tingkat cacat dalam proses kerja, rencana kerja, proses perencanaan, mempersiapkan rencana mingguan. Menganalisa metode Lean Six Sigma dan Last Planner System yang merupakan penjadwalan dan Pembiayaan yang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi waktu dan biaya dengan mendapatkan akurasi waktu sebesar 88,79 % serta penghematan biaya sebesar 92,75% Kata Kunci: Biaya Proyek, Lean Six Sigma, Last Planer System, Stasiun Light Rail Transit (LRT)
