Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of relationship between learning agility and perceived digital competence, especially for members of Brimob Battalion A Pioneer Polda Metro Jaya. This research is quantitative with data analysis method using correlation. The measuring instrument of the research uses the perceived digital competence scale and the learning agility scale. Convenience sampling method was used in sampling. The research sample amounted to 205 people. Data processing is done by presenting the general description of the respondents, validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis testing and correlation test between dimensions. The results of the study conclude that there is a very strong positive correlation between perceived digital competence and learning agility and is indicated by the value of r = 0.865. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan antara learning agility dengan perceived digital competence, khususnya pada anggota Brimob Batalyon A Pelopor Polda Metro Jaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode analisa data menggunakan korelasi. Alat ukur penelitian menggunakan skala perceived digital competence dan skala learning agility. Metode convenience sampling dipakai dalam pengambilan sampel. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 205 orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menyajikan gambaran umum responden, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis dan uji korelasi antar dimensi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang sangat kuat antara perceived digital competence dengan learning agility dan ditunjukkan dengan nilai r = 0,865.
