Abstract

Material is a very important component to make a targeted product. Non-moving materials are material that has been used for the past 6 months. The purpose of writing this final assignment is Material Planning materials can regulate material or material that will enter the regional company Shingasi Systems of Action Non moving at PT. Panarub Industry . The results obtained from this analysis are to help team staff controlling stock materials, and add to the science of an application. With the analysis, what must be repaired is a moderate system and uses a proposal system to help control the material. After analysis, it can be mixed that PT. Panarub Industry has not implemented a non-moving control system, so far only follows a system that can see orders because it is panceled, materials etc. Returns. Keywords: Non moving Stock System, Stock input system, Stock Output System. Material adalah komponen yang sangat penting untuk membuat suatu produk yang ditargetkan. Material Non moving adalah material yang sudah tidak dipakai selama 180 hari terakhir. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah bagaimana Material Planning dapat mengatur material yang ada ataupun material yang akan masuk ke perusahaan dengan adanya sistem yang baru. Sehingga tidak terjadi Material Non moving pada PT. Panarub Industry . Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis ini adalah untuk membantu team staff dalam mengontrol stok material, serta menambah ilmu analisa terhadap suatu aplikasi yang berjalan di perusahaan. Dengan adanya analisa, yang harus diperbaiki adalah sistem yang sedang berjalan dan memakai sistem usulan untuk membantu pengontrolan material. Setelah dilakukan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT. Panarub Industry belum menerapkan sistem untuk pengontrolan material non moving, sejauh ini hanya mengikuti sistem yang dapat melihat order karena dicancel, direduce, kelebihan beli material, Retur Material dan lain-lain.
