Abstract
Soekarno-Hatta Airport is the largest airport in Indonesia and is ranked in the top 20 busiest airports in the world in 2018 according to the Airport Council International (ACI) version. In its service, of course, a system is needed to provide airport services, including at Terminal 3U of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. One of the services that need to be considered is the arrangement of baggage allocation so as to provide comfort for airplane passengers in picking up baggage at the baggage claim area. The design of this system applies the FCFS (First Come First Served) method where the first arriving aircraft will be served first to make arrangements for the allocation of the Baggage Conveyort Belt (BCB) according to the arrival schedule. With this system, it is hoped that it can provide convenience in making arrangements for the allocation of Baggage Conveyor Belts at Terminal 3U of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Keywords: Information System, BCB Allocation Arrangement, FCFS Method Bandara Soekarno-Hatta merupakan bandara terbesar di Indonesia dan masuk dalam peringkat 20 besar bandara tersibuk di dunia pada 2018 versi Airport Council International (ACI). Dalam pelayanannya, tentunya diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk memberikan pelayanan jasa kebandarudaraan termasuk di Terminal 3U Bandara Soekarno-Hatta. Salah satunya pelayanan yang perlu diperhatikan adalah pengaturan pengalokasian bagasi sehingga memberikan kenyamanan penumpang pesawat udara dalam pengambilan bagasi di baggage claim area. Perancangan sistem ini menerapkan metode FCFS (First Come First Served) dimana pesawat yang datang pertama maka akan langsung dilayani pertama untuk melakukan pengaturan pengalokasian Baggage Conveyort Belt (BCB) sesuai jadwal kedatangan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan bisa memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan pengaturan pengalokasian Baggage Conveyor Belt pada Terminal Bandara Soekarno-Hatta.
