Abstract

Computer Technical Support service providers are hard enough to find in the current pandemic. Technical Support provides a service provided by organizations, companies or individuals to consumers in making repairs, configurations and installations in a computer system. With the existence of web-based computer technical support services, it is hoped that it will make it easier for consumers to find experienced computer technical support services, with an online system it will make it easier for consumers without having to leave the house to look for computer technical support services. services in marketing. Kata Kunci: Technical Support, Web, Service, Application, Computer Penyedia layanan Technical Support komputer sudah cukup sulit ditemukan dimasa pandemi sekarang. Technical Support memberikan sebuah layanan yang diberikan oleh organisasi, perusahaan ataupun perorangan kepada konsumen dalam melakukan perbaikan, konfigurasi dan instalasi dalam sebuah sistem komputer. Dengan adanya jasa technical support komputer berbasis web diharapkan dapat mempermudah bagi konsumen dalam menemukan Jasa Layanan Technical Support komputer yang berpengalaman, Dengan system online akan mempermudah konsumen tanpa harus keluar rumah dalam mencari Jasa Layanan Technical Support komputer, Aplikasi Jasa Technical Support komputer juga dapat membantu penyedia layanan dalam pemasarannya.
