Abstract

Distribusi listrik merupakan salah satu parameter yang paling penting dalam jalannya proses industri. Maka diperlukannya kualitas daya yang baik sebagai pasokan ke mesin-mesin indutri. Penggunaan Mesin mesin industri, berdampak timbulnya harmonisa. Akibat besarnya Harmonisa Kualitas daya semakin memburuk sehingga mempengaruhi produktifitas di industri. oleh karena itu untuk memaksimalkan suplai tenaga listrik dikonsumen maka sample di ambil dengan menggunakan Power Quality Analyzer pada Trafo 800 kVA disisi Skunder Trafo. Maka didapat THDi (Total Harmonic Distortion) Phasa L1 sebesar 23,1% phasa L2 sebesar 24,7% dan phasa L3 sebesar 21% dan IHDi (Individual Harmonic Distortion) pada ordo ke 5 di phasa L1 18,3% phasa L2 20,7% dan phasa L3 sebesar 16,6% dengan mengacu pada (IEEE Std 3002.8-2018) dan (SPLN D5.004-1:2012) nilai IHDi tidak boleh lebih dari 7%. Kemudian disimulasikan menggunakan Matlab/Simulink dengan mendesain Highpass Filter Second Order dan C-Type Filter. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggabungkan kedua filter tersebut diperoleh hasil THDi pada phasa L1 2,53% phasa L2 2,69% dan phasa L3 2,22% dan iHDI pada ordo ke 5 phasa L1 1,48% phasa L2 1,62% dan phasa L3 1,33%. Kata Kunci : Harmonisa, Total Harmonic Distortion (THDi),Individual Harmonic Distortion (IHDi), Highpass Filter Second Order, CType Filter, Kualitas Daya, Industri Otomotif Electrical distribution is one of the most important parameters in handling industrial processes. Therefore, good power quality is needed as a supply for industrial machines. The use of industrial machines has an impact on the emergence of harmonics. As a result of the magnitude of Quality Harmonics getting worse, it affects productivity in the industry. Therefore, to maximize the consumer's electric power, samples were taken using a Power Quality Analyzer on an 800 kVA transformer on the secondary side of the transformer. Then obtained THDi (Total Harmonic Distortion) Phase L1 of 23.1%, phase L2 of 24.7% and phase L3 of 21% and IHDi on the 5th order in phase L1 18.3%, phase L2 20.7% and phase L3 16.6% with reference to (IEEE Std 3002.8-2018) and (SPLN D5.004-1:2012) the IHDi (Individual Harmonic Distortion) value should not be more than 7%. Then simulated using Matlab/Simulink by designing the Second Order Highpass Filter and C-Type Filter. The results obtained by combining the two filters obtained THDi results at L1 phase 2,53%, L2 phase 2,69% and L3 phase 2.22% and iHDI at order 5, L1 phase 1,482%, L2 phase 1,62% and L3 phase 1, 33%.
