Abstract

Pada dasarnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan suatu aset terpenting yang sangat berharga di dalam organisasi. Tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari bagaimana suatu perusahaan dapat mengelola SDM yang dimiliki dengan baik berdasarkan kinerja pegawai nya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisa Pentingnya Kompetensi, Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja pegawai yang menggunakan variabel Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi (Intervening) pada Satuan Kerja (Satker) Pengelolaan Uang BI di Pulau Jawa. Analisis data ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Versi 3.2.9. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan empat variabel, empat belas dimensi dan tiga puluh enam indikator. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai, 2) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai, 3) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai, 4) Kompetensi berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Motivasi, 5) Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Motivasi, 6) Motivasi memediasi pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, 7) Motivasi memediasi pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pegawai. Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai. Basically, Source power Human (HR) is a something one set most important which is very valuable inside organization. Reject measuring success something company could seen from how something company could manage human resources owned with good based on performance his Goal from study this is for research and analyze Importance Competence, Development Career on Performance using variable motivation as variable mediation (Intervention) on Unit BI Money Management Work on the Island Java . study this use design study quantitative with explanatory survey method, namely data collection using questionnaire with model scale like. Collection sample data respondent’s employee organic that can as many as 300 respondents. Analyze this data use statistics descriptive with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Version 3.2.9. in study this use empathy variable, empathy mercy dimension and three twenty six indicator. Research results this state that: 1) Competence important significant on Performance, 2) Development Career important significant on Performance, 3) Motivation important significant on Performance, 4) Competence important Positive and Significant to Motivation, 5) Development Career important Positive and Significant to Motivation, 6) motivation mediate influence Positive and Significant competence on Employee Performance, 7) Motivation mediate influence Positive and Significant development Career on Employee Performance.
