Abstract

In the workplace the existence of employees is the most important thing for the realization of the goals of the company or organization. Attendance and employee performance can affect the development of the company itself. Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Jakarta is one of the 4 star hotels under Marriott International, it is located in central Jakarta. The problem is lack of information for employees who are looking for information about their absences and performance. and for Management need valid data to consider employee employment contracts, salary deductions and awarding the best employees. Therefore in this study an android-based e-performance application will be made in which there is information about attendance and performance for employees. Performance includes attendance, productivity, work quality, attitude, and honesty. This application is based on Android and will be created using the Rapid Application Development method and using the Greedy algorithm to calculate salary deductions based on performance optimization and attendance. Attendance data and performance are obtained by observing and analyzing which is then processed using MySql. With this application, it is expected to provide convenience for employees to get information about their performance and the management process more effectively. so that it can motivate employee performance and productivity to become better and more efficient. Key words: Work performance, android, greedy algorithm Dalam dunia kerja keberadaan karyawan merupakan hal terpenting untuk terwujudnya tujuan perusahaan atau organisasi yang telah di tetapkan. Absensi dan kinerja karyawan dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan perusahaan itu sendiri. Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Jakarta adalah salah satu hotel bintang 4 dibawah naungan Marriott International yang berlokasi di Jakarta pusat. Permasalahan yang di alami oleh Hotel Four Points yaitu kurangnya informasi bagi karyawan dalam mencari informasi absensi dan kinerja mereka dan untuk Manajemen memerlukan data yang valid untuk mempertimbangkan kontrak kerja karyawan,pemotongan gaji dan pemberian penghargaan bagi karyawan terbaik. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan dibuat aplikasi e-kinerja berbasis android yang didalamnya terdapat informasi mengenai absensi dan kinerja untuk Karyawan. Kinerja yang dinilai meliputi kehadiran,produktivitas,kualitas pekerjaaan,attitude,dan kejujuran. Aplikasi ini berbasis android dan akan dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development dan menggunakan algoritma Greedy untuk mengkalkulasi pemotongan gaji yang dihitung berdasarkan optimasi kinerja dan absensi. Data absensi dan kinerja diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi dan analisa yang kemudian diolah menggunakan MySql oleh. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa memberi kemudahan bagi karyawan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang kinerja mereka dan proses manajemen lebih efektif. sehingga bisa memotivasi kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan agar menjadi lebih baik dan lebih efisien.
