Abstract

The process of supervision and evaluation in a company that specializes in contracting is one of the most important things. In the implementation process the work monitoring and evaluation system in the field still uses conventional systems, namely by using whatsapp groups for each project as a place of monitoring and evaluation of work results. If you have a lot of projects, the whatsapp group that is created will increase. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to produce an application to facilitate the process of monitoring and evaluating the support of workers. In this study the application was made based on Android which was equipped with chat features to assist the monitoring and evaluation process. The monitoring and monitoring application of this project provides development in a performance monitoring and monitoring system, foremen and field supervisors in carrying out their work in the field Key words: monitoring dan evaluasi, sistem monitoring, firebase, aplikasi pesan instan Proses pengawasan dan evaluasi disuatu perusahaan yang bergerak khusus dibidang kontraktor merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting. Dalam proses pelaksannya sistem pemantauan dan evaluasi pekerjaan dilapangan masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, yaitu dengan menggunakan kelompok whatsapp untuk setiap proyek sebagai tempat pemantauan dan evaluasi hasil pekerjaan. Jika memiliki proyek yang banyak maka grup whatsapp yang dibuat akan meningkat. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu aplikasi untuk memudahkan proses pemantauan dan evaluasi dukungan pekerja. Pada penelitian ini aplikasi dibuat berbasis Android yang dilengkapi dengan fitur chatting untuk membantu proses pemantauan dan evaluasi. Aplikasi pemantauan dan pemantauan pengawasan proyek ini menyediakan pengembangan dalam sistem pengawasan dan pemantauan kinerja, mandor dan pengawas lapangan dalam melakukan pekerjaanya dilapangan Kata kunci: monitoring dan evaluasi, sistem monitoring, firebase, aplikasi pesan instan
