Abstract

In implementing the work on the floor plate structure of the Tokyo riverside apartment project, it is a very important factor and is one of the components of the work in the project whose implementation time must be according to the implementation schedule. The delay in the work of the floor slab structure causes delays in overall field progress which affects the nets of work. The work of the floor slab structure has a variety of activities that must be passed properly, so scheduling the work of the floor slab structure is very important to prevent work delays. The research method in writing this thesis uses descriptive methods, namely by conducting direct research on the implementation of the work and describing the problems that already exist or appear and conclusions from the results of the analysis in the field and collecting data obtained from the results of surveys or inspections in the field. This research will describe the problems faced based on the results of processing and presentation of data, analysis and evaluation. The purpose of this research method is to evaluate the implementation time using the Precedence Diagram Method or the critical path method in the implementation of field work based on data collected from survey results and field inspections. This study resulted in the rescheduling of the Tokyo Riverside Apartment structure from floors 16-33 (roof) due to work delays that occurred on floors 2-15. By rescheduling the duration of the work represented in 1 zone assisted by the Presedence Diagram Method, a new duration is generated from 12 days per zone to 8 days per zone. The time duration of 8 days was applied to all floors and zones using a catch-up matrix table and the help of Microsoft Project, so that it was finally able to prove that the construction work of the Tokyo Riverside Apartment could be completed on time. Dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur pelat lantai proyek apartemen tokyo riverside menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dan menjadi salah satu komponen pekerjaan di proyek yang waktu pelaksanaannya harus sesuai schedule pelaksanaan. Keterlambatan pekerjaan struktur pelat lantai membuat tertundanya progress lapangan secara keseluruhan yang mempengaruhi jalanya pekerjaan. Pekerjaan struktur pelat lantai memiliki berbagai macam kegiatan yang harus dilalui dengan baik maka, penjadwalan pada pekerjaan struktur pelat lantai sangat penting untuk mencegah keterlambatan pekerjaan. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu dengan melakukan penelitian langsung terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan memaparkan masalah-masalah yang sudah ada atau tampak serta kesimpulan dari hasil analisis di lapangan dan melakukan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari hasil survey atau inspeksi di lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini akan diuraikan tentang permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi berdasarkan hasil pengolahan serta penyajian data, analisis serta evaluasi. Tujuan dari metode penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi waktu pelaksanaan dengan menggunakan metode Presedence Diagram Method atau metode jalur kritis pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilapangan berdasarkan data-data yang terkumpul dari hasil survey dan inspeksi di lapangan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penjadwalan ulang pekerjaan struktur Apartment Tokyo Riverside dari lantai 16-33 (roof) dikarenakan keterlambatan pekerjaan yang terjadi pada lantai 2-15. Dengan menjadwalkan ulang durasi waktu pekerjaan yang diwakili pada 1 zona dibantu menggunakan Presedence Diagram Method, maka dihasilkan durasi baru yang semula 12 hari per zona menjadi 8 hari per zona. Durasi waktu sebesar 8 hari tersebut diaplikasikan ke seluruh lantai dan zona menggunakan tabel matrix catch up dan bantuan Microsoft Project, sehingga akhirnya dapat membuktikan bahwa pekerjaan struktur Apartment Tokyo Riverside dapat selesai tepat pada waktunya.
