Abstract

Dengan menggunakan system standar TCP/ IP ( Transmision Conrol Protocol/ Internet Protocol ) , sebagai protokol pertukaran paket ( packet switching communication protocol ) untuk melayani miliaran bahkan untuk saat ini bilion pengguna di seluruh dunia. Dengan adanya internet saat ini yang serba modernisasi, dalam mengembangkan teknologi pun perlu memperhatikan perihal keamanan. Akses keamanan itu sendiri adalah hak untuk melihat sistem, sumber atau informasi. Untuk keamanan computer, data penting yang bersifat pribadi ataupun umum, access control meliputi otorisasi, otentikasi, dan audit dari suatu kesatuan untuk memperoleh akses. Bila keadaan ketidakmanan dibiarkan akan berakibat fatal bahkan merugikan berbagai macam data pemilik itu sendiri atau bahkan lebih luas lagi di suatu perusahaan yang notabene berbasis bisnis teknologi yang tidak bisa jauh dengan system internet. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi bukan sekedar menikmati kelancaran, dalam lalu lintas data yang bisa diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun. Tetapi bagaimana seorang pemilik data atau sebuah media elektronik tersebut lebih aware dengan yang dimiliki, maka akan terasa lebih rumit jika akses dibuat aman, dan sangat beresiko tinggi bila sang pemilik membiarkan data dengan merasa nyaman dan merasa data aman – aman saja maka bersiaplah segala macam virus atau creker masuk dengan tidak terkontrol pada data baik privasi maupun umum.
