Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze quality control and. On time delivery with the seven tools method as an analysis of customer satisfaction optimization. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is the customers of PT. Gerak Mulia Teknologi as many as 115 respondents. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that quality control had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Timeliness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Keywords : Quality control, Timeliness, Costumer Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengendalian kualitas dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman dengan metode seven tools sebagai analisis optimalisasi kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PT. Gerak Mulia Teknologi sebanyak 115 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengendalian kualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Ketepatan waktu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata kunci : Pengendalian kualitas, Ketepatan waktu, Kepuasan pelanggan.
