Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causes of damage to the OOG elevator at Terminal 3 of Soekarno Hatta airport. The research data is report data from unit damage data for the period January 2019 to December 2019. The analysis method used in this study is; failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), fishbone diagram analysis and why-why analysis. The results of the research show that in a vulnerable time of one year there are 49 damage from 16 elevator units in the domestic area of Terminal 3 at Soekarno Hatta airport. The damage data were taken by 3 unit samples as a comparison with the OOG elevator, with each number of damage being; OOG elevators 26 times, elevator plaza 8 times and elevator loading dock 6 times, from the types of damage classified using the FMEA method, it was found that the cause with the highest risk priority number (RPN) was 200 with the cause of human error because the car door was hit by a pallet trolly. From this data, it is analyzed again using fishbone diagrams and wy-why analysis to get suggestions and suggestions for improvements to the company in order to reduce the amount of damage that occurs to the elevator unit. Key words: FMEA, riks priority number (RPN), the cause of damage, fishbone diagram, why-why analysis Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa penyebab kerusakan pada elevator OOG di terminal 3 bandara Soekarno Hatta. Data penelitian merupakan data laporan dari data kerusakan unit periode januari 2019 sampai dengan desember 2019. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah; failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), diagram fishbone analysis dan why-why analysis. Hasi penelitian menunjukan dalam rentan waktu satu tahun terdapat 49 kerusakan dari 16 unit elevator yang berada di area domestik terminal 3 bandara Soekarno hatta. Data kerusakan tersebut diambil 3 sampel unit sebagai perbandingan dengan elevator OOG, dengan masing-masing jumlah kerusakan adalah; elevator OOG sebanyak 26 kali, elevator plaza sebanyak 8 kali dan elevator loading dock sebanyak 6 kali, dari jenis-jenis kerusakan yang ada diklasifikasi dengan menggunakan metode FMEA maka ditemukan penyebab dengan nilai risk priority number (RPN) tertinggi adalah 200 dengan penyebab kerusakan human error dikarenakan pintu car tertabrak trolly pallet. Dari data ini dianalisa lagi menggunakan fishbone diagram dan wyh-why analysis untuk mendapatkan saran dan usulan perbaikan pada perusahaan agar mengurangi jumlah kerusakan yang terjadi pada unit elevator tersebut Kata kunci: FMEA, riks priority number(RPN), penyebab kerusakan, fishbone diagram, why-why analisis
