Abstract
Unwittingly, Information Technology assets have risks that need to be watched out for because they can cause potential losses that can hinder the achievement of company goals. The large number of IT assets in PT SGS is a daily computerized tool that is very important to support business activities and maintain customer service. The importance of keeping IT assets optimal requires preventive maintenance for these IT assets. The IT department plays an important role and responsibility in the maintenance of these IT assets. The lack of optimal maintenance of IT assets is due to the large number of assets being a problem in the division of tasks that is quite long and the results obtained are not optimal because it is done manually. In addition, there are obstacles in setting up a maintenance schedule so that maintenance tasks can be allocated equally to technicians or IT Staff. This research is to provide solutions in maintaining IT assets and empowering IT Staff in terms of maintaining IT assets. For this reason, a scheduling information system is needed for the maintenance of these IT assets. This Scheduling System uses Genetic Algorithm as an optimization in scheduling. The end result is that this system can generate a time table for 1 year in less than 5 minutes as IT Asset Maintenance Schedule Information and IT Staff can fill out a Maintenance Report based on a previously generated Maintenance Schedule. Key words: Scheduling, Preventive Maintenance, IT Assets, Genetic Algorithm Tanpa disadari, aset Teknologi Informasi memiliki risiko yang perlu diwaspadai karena dapat menimbulkan potensi kerugian yang dapat menghambat pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Banyaknya aset IT di PT SGS merupakan alat komputerisasi sehari-hari yang sangat penting untuk menunjang kegiatan bisnis dan pelayanan terhadap customer tetap terjaga. Pentingnya menjaga aset IT agar tetap optimal membutuhkan preventive maintenance untuk aset-aset IT ini. Departemen IT memainkan peran dan tanggung jawab penting dalam perawatan aset-aset IT ini. Kurang optimalnya perawatan aset IT diakibatkan banyaknya aset IT menjadi masalah dalam pembagian tugas yang cukup lama dan hasil yang didapat tidak optimal karena dilakukan secara manual. Disamping itu, ada kendala dalam menyusun jadwal perawatan agar tugas perawatan dapat dialokasikan secara rata kepada teknisi atau Staff IT. Penelitian ini untuk memberikan solusi dalam memelihara aset IT dan memberdayakan Staff IT dalam hal menjaga aset IT. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem informasi penjadwalan untuk perawatan aset-aset IT ini. Sistem Penjadwalan ini menggunakan Algoritma Genetika sebagai optimasi dalam penjadwalannya. Hasil akhirnya adalah bahwa sistem ini dapat menghasilkan tabel waktu selama 1 tahun kurang dari 5 menit sebagai Informasi Jadwal Perawatan Aset IT dan Staff IT dapat mengisi Laporan Perawatan berdasarkan Jadwal Perawatan yang telah di generate sebelumnya.
