Abstract

Perkembangan industri 4.0 di Indonesia yang semakin cepat dan dinamis mampu merubah pola bisnis yang semula secara konvensional menjadi bisnis digital atau online. Penerapan teknologi digital serta kecepatan informasi diharapkan dapat mempermudah para pengusaha pelayaran dalam melakukan monitoring kondisi minyak pelumas di kapal dengan cepat. Inovasi layanan baru berbasis digital ini diharapkan dapat membantu mempertahankan pelanggan selain juga memberikan pengalaman baru dalam hal monitoring secara online dan dapat membantu meraih pelanggan baru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran layanan Digital Solution sebagai integrasi sistem baru dalam percepatan informasi kondisi minyak pelumas di kapal dan membantu peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode Waterfall merupakan sebuah desain proses yang sequensial dimana dalam prosesnya terlihat seperti aliran air terjun dari proses perancangan konsep, identifikasi project, analisis, desain, coding, testing, implementasi dan perawatan. Sistem dinamik merupakan metodologi untuk memahami suatu masalah yang kompleks. Hasil implementasi Digital Solution mampu menggabungkan berbagai layanan services dalam monitoring kondisi minyak pelumas di atas kapal sehingga mampu mempercepat informasi kepada pelanggan. Simulasi Sistem Dinamik dengan menggunakan Vensim PLE dengan timeline selama 24 bulan dan scenario peningkatan intervensi sebesar 50 % maka terjadi peningkatan penjualan untuk existing customer sebesar 45.600 Liter/bulan dan peningkatan volume penjualan tahunan sebesar 1.519.490 Liter sehingga Digital Solution memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan penjualan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan 1,1 % setiap bulan karena meningkatkan efisiensi waktu kerja layanan purna jual. The development of industry 4.0 in Indonesia which is increasingly fast and dynamic is able to change business patterns that were originally conventional into digital or online businesses. The application of digital technology and the speed of information is expected to make it easier for shipping entrepreneurs to quickly monitor the condition of lubricating oil on ships. This new digital-based service innovation is expected to help retain customers as well as provide a new experience in terms of online monitoring and can help reach new customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Digital Solution services as new system integration in accelerating information on the condition of lubricating oil on ships and helping to increase customer satisfaction and increase customer satisfaction. The Waterfall method is a sequential design where the process looks like a waterfall from the design process, initial project concept, analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance. System dynamics is a methodology for understanding a complex problem. The results of the implementation of the Digital Solution are able to combine various services in monitoring the condition of the lubricating oil on board so as to be able to push information to customers. Dynamic System Simulation using Vensim PLE with a timeline of 24 months and a 50% increase in intervention scenario, there will be an increase in sales for existing customers by 45,600 Liters/month and an increase in annual sales volume of 1,519,490 Liters so that Digital Solutions have a positive impact on increasing sales. and increase customer satisfaction by 1.1% every month because it increases the efficiency of after-sales service work time.
