Abstract
Banten Province has several beach locations that have been designated as tourist destinations scattered along the coastline of the Banten Province. Most of these beaches are located in the widest district in Banten Province, namely Serang Regency. The tourism potential in Banten has not been managed optimally by the government, so not all tourist attractions have received the attention of tourists. This is due to the lack of promotion of tourist areas, as well as existing infrastructure that has not met the needs of tourists. This condition raises the idea of the need to fulfill the needs of supporting facilities and facilities that are able to provide maximum service and attract the attention of tourists. Therefore, Resort Design at Cibereum Anyer Beach is one solution to meet the needs of tourists for comfortable lodging facilities in the Serang Regency Tourism Area. In its design this Resort adapts Post-Modern Architecture. The design of this Resort will adapt Post-Modern Architecture in order to provide opportunities for the building to be able to express Indonesian culture even though it uses a Modern concept. It is hoped that this resort can be an attraction and also increase the interest of more tourists to come to Serang City. Keywords: Resort Hotel, Anyer, Post-Modern Architecture. Provinsi Banten memiliki beberapa lokasi pantai yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tujuan wisata yang tersebar sepanjang garis pantai Privinsi Banten, Sebagian besar pantai tersebut terletak di kabupaten terluas di Provinsi Banten, yaitu Kabupaten Serang. Potensi wisata di Banten belum di kelola secara maksimal oleh pemerintah, sehingga belum semua objek wisata mendapatkan perhatian dari para wisatawan. Hal ini di karenakan kurangnya promosi mengenai Kawasan wisata, maupun sarana prasarana yang ada belum memenuhi kebutuhan para wisatawan. Kondisi ini memunculkan ide tentang perlunya pemenuhan kebutuhan sarana dan fasilitas penunjang yang mampu memberikan pelayanan maksimal dan menarik perhatian para wisatawan. Maka dari itu, Perancangan Resort di Pantai Cibereum Anyer menjadi salah satu solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan terhadap fasilitas penginapan yang nyaman di Kawasan Wisata Kabupaten Serang. Dalam perancangananya Resort ini mengadaptasi Arsitektur Post-Modern. perancangan Resort ini akan mengadaptasi Arsitektur Post-Modern tujuannya agar memberi kesempatan pada bangunan untuk dapat meng-ekspresikan budaya Indonesia walaupun menggunakan konsep Modern. Diharapkan dengan adanya resort ini bisa menjadi daya Tarik dan juga meningkatkan minat para wisatawan yang lebih banyak lagi untuk datang ke Kota Serang.
