Abstract

In the hotel security system service business is very important to provide services to consumers, the more customer complaints that must be handled by the company, a complaint service system that can be used to improve services that aim to provide convenience to the customer and staff on duty technicians. In this study, researchers will design a web-based trouble call system application using ASP.net programming and tools visual studio 2013 SQL Express as a database. in making mock-ups the application uses tools balsamiq The method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which consists of the required system analysis, system design, program coding, testing, implementation, implementation and maintenance. It is expected that after testing this application can help each complaint be carried out effectively and efficiently. Key words: ASP.net,SQL, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Dalam bisnis jasa security system hotel sangat penting memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen, semakin banyak pengaduan pelanggan yang harus ditangani oleh perusahaan, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pelayanan pengaduan yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dan staf Teknisi yang bertugas. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan membuat perancangan aplikasi system trouble call berbasis web dengan menggunakan pemrograman asp.net dan tools visual studio 2013 dan sql express sebagai database.dalam pembuatan mock up aplikasi menggunakan tools balsamiq dan Metode yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari analisa sistem yang dibutuhkan, desain sistem, pembuatan coding program, pengujian, implementasi, penerapan dan pemeliharaan. Diharapkan setelah melakukan pengujian aplikasi ini dapat membantu setiap keluhan dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: ASP.net,SQL, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
