Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi is one of the branches of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) that have a very important role for the life of the surrounding community.Management PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi still use manual way in disseminating information and accept all kinds of complaints in natural society. Which resulted in PT team. PLN (Persero) Bekasi can not work properly.As a solution to the problem, the need for application of complaint and information service by using Web Service method. By using this application people do not need to come to the location but using a smartphone or laptop that is equipped with internet connection so that it can connect to the website of PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi. It is expected that with this application facilitate the public in receiving information and make a complaint from PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi. Keywords:. PLN (Persero) Bekasi adalah salah satu cabang Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat sekitar. Manajemen PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi masih menggunakan cara manual dalam menyebarluaskan informasi dan menerima segala jenis pengaduan yang di alami masyarakatnya. Yang mengakibatkan tim PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi tidak dapat bekerja dengan baik.Sebagai solusi permasalahan tersebut, perlu adanya aplikasi pelayanan pengaduan dan informasi dengan menggunakan metode Web Service. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini masyarakat tidak perlu datang ke lokasi melainkan menggunakan smartphone atau laptop yang di lengkapi dengan koneksi internet sehingga dapat terhubung ke website PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini mempermudah masyarakat dalam menerima informasi dan melakukan pengaduan dari PT. PLN (Persero) Bekasi..
