Abstract
ABSTRACT The increase of human resources through education is to be a priority and responsibility with the nation's children. Meanwhile, the objective to be achieved by each of the TNI AL organizations is generally available for Indonesian human resources that are productive and can create high quality and performance levels. Education is important because with education will encourage or move someone to do something more excited, especially about the performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of education, motivation and discipline to the performance of military personnel in the Education Office of TNI AL Jakarta. Good human resource management can be seen in good work for the organization in achieving the vision, mission and objectives. The Data used is to use a Linear regression analysis with SPSS 20. While the variables are partial, there is a significant influence on the performance of military personnel of the Navy. Based on the results of multiple regression analyses proved that the influence of education, motivation and discipline has significant effect on the performance of military personnel. The implications of this study are the performance of personnel to be improved, especially by following the education that has been arranged in the NAVY, the attention of the Department of Insentive, leave and permits provided can increase the motivation, while for the application of personnel discipline by rewarding the well-performing and the appropriate penalties for personnel who are not obedient to the rules that exist in the TNI AL. Keywords: Education, Motivation, Discipline and Performance. http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id/ vi ABSTRAK Peningkatan sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan adalah menjadi prioritas dan tanggung jawab bersama anak bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan, Motivasi dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Prajurit Militer di Dinas Pendidikan TNI AL (Disdikal) Cilangkap Jakarta. Dalam mencapai Visi, Misi serta tujuannya prajurit Disdikal harus berkinerja handal dan profesional dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan dalam setiap bidang tugas utama, tugas khusus, dan tugas samping yang berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja prajurit Militer TNI AL. Responden dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 70 orang prajurit Militer Disdikal. Data yang dipergunakan adalah dengan mempergunakan analisis regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Sedangkan variabel secara parsial, ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja prajurit Militer TNI AL. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda terbukti bahwa pengaruh Pendidikan, Motivasi dan Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja prajurit Militer Disdikal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah Kinerja prajurit yang harus ditingkatkan, terutama dengan cara mengikuti Pendidikan yang telah diatur dalam TNI AL, perhatian dari dinas berupa insentif, cuti dan ijin yang diberikan dapat meningkatkan Motivasi, sedangkan untuk penerapan kedisiplinan prajurit dengan memberikan penghargaan bagi yang berkinerja dengan baik serta hukuman yang setimpal bagi prajurit yang tidak patuh terhadap aturan yang ada di TNI AL. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Motivasi, Disiplin dan Kinerja.
